Greenwood Homes has two decorated model homes in Spring Creek: The Hickory, a single-family home, and The Bayberry - an attached villa home. Both are examples of main-level living layouts.

Directions:
At the entrance gate, let the attendant know you’re there to visit the model homes. Upon entering, take the first roundabout exit onto Bear Island Parkway. Follow for just under 2 miles until you reach Red Pine Drive on your left. The Hickory Model is on the corner at 16 Red Pine Drive.
Our Bayberry Villa Model is right around the corner - let our representative know that you would like to tour it and they will take you over and show you around!
